The work of the Development Office is to foster community growth and strength through outreach and fundraising. Monadnock Waldorf School has a long tradition of giving. Our school has grown into one of the premier Waldorf schools in the U.S. because of the incredible generosity of many people who have believed in our mission and offered their support.

MWS continues to rely on the generosity of our parents, faculty, alumni community, friends and foundations to help create a supportive environment that nurtures the development and education of our students. In turn, our students receive the foundation they need in order to live healthy lives as actively involved citizens of the world.

The Annual Giving Campaign is the cornerstone of our fundraising. Like at all independent schools the tuition and fees we collect do not cover all of our expenses. Each year through the generosity of the extended MWS community our Annual Giving Campaign raises funds which are essential for the operation of the school.

It is primarily through planned gifts that we have begun to build an endowment for our school.
