MWS accepts applications throughout the year. We encourage you to apply at any time and will be happy to consider your application as space permits.
How to apply
The admissions process is an opportunity for a prospective family and the school to share information and get to know one another, ensuring a good fit between the student and the school.
Parent School Visit
Throughout the year, we offer a variety of admissions events; some designed for just parents and others for parents and students. A tour will give you firsthand experience of our classes in session. Submit a completed application form along with a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $75 per child. Download Early Childhood Application >
Apply for Tuition Assistance
Once the admissions application and application fee have been submitted, Families may apply for assistance via FACTS, our tuition management service provider.
Parent, Student & Teacher Interview
MWS will arrange for you and your child to visit a class and meet with a teacher to assess your child's development, gather biographical information and answer your questions about the curriculum.
Notification of Acceptance
The admissions decision is communicated to parents in writing. Acceptance into our Early Childhood program is determined by faculty based upon the application form and supporting documents, parent interview and the student visit. Depending upon availability, eligible candidates are placed on a wait list and offered admission as space permits.
Reserve a Space
Upon acceptance, the Business Office will contact parents to discuss the enrollment contract, deposit and tuition arrangements. Your deposit will reserve your child’s space.
