MWS Welcomes Kim Snyder-Vine for a Presentation, October 20th

Monadnock Waldorf School is pleased to welcome Kim Snyder-Vine for a presentation entitled Beyond Chatter: Creating Imaginative, Spiritual Realities through Speech on Thursday, October 20 at 7:00 p.m.

Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education says “worlds come into being when we speak. The sounds of speech are the guides and teachers in these worlds.” This presentation will be an immersion into the energetic qualities of sounds. Participants will experience how sounds can be helpers for education and parents alike and experience poetry and speech exercises through the grades.

Ms. Snyder-Vine has studied psychology and anthroposophy and holds a four-year Goetheanum Diploma from the London School of Speech Formation. She has been teaching, performing and consulting in creative speech, drama and hygienic speech for children and adults since 1983.
